~ 1976 Ibishu Claria ~
~ Intro ~
The 1976 Ibishu Claria is a rear-wheel drive hardtop wagon produced from 1976 powered by the 2.4L/C24 and 2.6L/C26 Ibishu C-Series engines. Many trims were available from factory ranging from the GS 2400, equipped with standard features and hubcaps, to the GTz 2600, which was equipped with a Brewer Carburetor tuned C26 and unique red and white pinstripe colour combination, to the Luxe 2600 Clari-Matic, equipped with a luxury interior to ensure a comfortable experience and a Clari-Matic transmission to make the driving experience as pleasurable as possible. Outside of the factory, the Claria was commonly built for drifting and car shows, rarely built for track racing and, due to its size, was often used for demolition derbies.
~ About ~
I began the creation of this mod early November 2021 just as a sort-of side project 3D modeling practice thing while I worked on KLJP and few other things at the time, but then it grew, and boy did it grow, to become my main project. The reason for choosing a 70's wagon was simple, I was milking the 80's at the time and I'd never done anything older, I love wagon's, I love Japanese cars and I love hardtops so it was a no brainer. It's been hard to work on this productively alongside studying so since I went on break this week I decided to just plow through the rest and now I think it's at a releasable state!
