In the late 1970's, JMR faced a predicament. They were doing extremely well in races, but were also somehow running out of money. I assume Wo Llank was in charge of the financial department. They thus decided to turn their D8R racecar into a road legal supercar, using state-of-the-art cheap plastics and fake chrome trim.
It comes with a roaring 4.5L Supercharged V8 making 363hp and revving to 7000rpm. And everybody knows that the byproduct of a supercharger, is fast acceleration off the line. And that stands true, the D8 can do 0-100kph in 4 seconds flat, going on to a top speed of 265kph.
The car has also been extensively Jbeam edited. The steering wheel works, and the sound is an edited version of the LS6 sound from Assetto Corsa.
