In the 1980s, Soliad engineers convinced the management to let them build a commuter car on FMI's new compact car platform. A very sporty-looking commuter car, to be exact.
Meet the Soliad SPP, a 2-seater coupe doing everything it can to disguise the humble origins. This one is a GT6 version, meaning that it has a 145 HP 2.9 V6, a 5-speed manual, an LSD, sport suspension and sport wheels. What it does not have is an interior that does not feel like it came from a discount store.
