This is the 1984 Wulff T400. It's based off the Wulff 496, but features twin-turbocharging to up the horsepower to 400 at the crank. Furthermore, it has improved aerodynamics and a body kit + a widebody to boot, and as such sits on much wider tires than the normal 496.
It's a fairly decent performer all around, however, it suffers from slight understeer and also has very strong brakes, leading to it being quite easy to lock them up under hard braking.
