yeah there's a lot of issues, at least 90% of the textures are from the I series, the suspension jbeam is literally the same as lucas's k series, and im personally not a fan of the design, the steering wheel literally covers the gauges for christ's sake, dont even call this the final version, just rename this the "alpha" version. at least have beta testers next time cmon

I have to agree with Marc. This is not what I would consider a Final version. There are so many shading errors with the model, all of the windows reflect the road textures which makes the interior cam look all grainy. It is not worthy of the current 4 star rating it has while in this state.

Ok ok maybe naming 1.0 Final was a wrong idea, I did that because I needed to make two fixes before initial release
Will try my best to improve mod later

Yeah ok, i'll redo my review too. Even though the car itself does handle well, it's not visually appealing. At all. There's a severe lack of normal maps on the entire body, and AO on the rims. The engine bay is very low quality, and doesn't have all that much detail. There's a very small amount of configs, also lacking a ttSport or ttSport+ variant. The underbody is basically a void in terms of textures, it's completely flat. The amount of shading errors on the car is more than i've ever seen before. But, there are a couple good things about this mod, such as the unique doors and the completely manually operated soft top. Great idea, terrible execution. This needs a lot of work to be considered even half way dev quality.

I know about textures, I will try my best to fix everything later. Just I don't have experience for that to make it in dev quality.
There isn’t TTSport variant because a real Z1 didn't exist in M variant too

Since everyone refuses to say it, I guess I have to.
This mod is awful. The model looks terrible, especially the chassis itself. There's 9 configs, that should've been merged into 4, with potential for at least 12. You don't even have a ttSport or a race config, just a lazy Rennspecht config with a 30hp difference and a slightly bored up engine. This isn't 2016 where cars are churned out with few configs to add variety to the vehicle menu.
The customization is also slim to none. There's plenty of unutilized engine parts that maybe should've been used to add a bit more configs. And this has no reason to follow the pre-0.28 ETK trend of not having an option to add a rollcage/rollbar, so we can't even really make an actual true race config.
The one saving grace for this mod is the uniqueness in the doors, hood and functional convertible. Maybe if this mod were beta, alpha, or even experimental, it would've been fine, but no, you have the audacity to call this mod 1.0 "Final." How anyone can call this a good mod, let alone dev quality, is beyond me. This mod is the very quintessence of the phrase "good idea, bad execution."-

Car don't have many configs, tuning parts because it is a low production car. That's why just weren't that many add-ons made for it. There isn’t a TTSport variant because the original Z1 didn't have M variant in reality too. A real race config didn't exist because in Beam world there isn’t many parts for tuning that car (like I said eariler)
All of this things I planed so it's not my laziness in this moment

the idea and actual car is cool, but the model isn't great and the textures aren't much better
-
Author's Response
I know about that.
I did it in three months (probably to fast to release) and I did it myself only without anyones help except etk k 94 as base.
I will try my best to fix everything later

Great mod. It's insanely fun to drive around the coast of italy, has a great damage model, and it's also a car I really love irl so seeing it inside of beamng is a rather pleasant surprise. My only real issue with this mod is the textures being pretty low quality in the interior/engine bay, they're really low resolution in some places it (etk logo on the steering wheel being a prime example of this), also the windscreen on the interior reflects road textures which kinda messes up the interior view as well, but other than that i really think this is a great effort

I know about textures maybe will try to improve them in the future (I don't have much experience to make good textures but will try my best)
Enginebay looks like in etk i because K1 is based on it and share many parts with it
I will fix glass problem in the interior too
