1996 Elkhart Citizen Gambler 500 1.0

This 1996 Elkhart Citizen C51 Enforcer Package started life as a police car for the city of Odessa, Texas, before being decommissioned and left to rot. now, its been given a second life as a gambler 500 off-roader! its not very fast, with only the 286 Kalispel V8 instead of the larger 350 Hornet that some C51's had, but its still a fun car to run through the desert!
