After the realease of the 1999 Baiern Coupe, Baiern celebrated their Group A victory with a limited edition , GT III, just like they did with the pre-facelift.
The differences were, a wider , more rigid body , a 3,6 L6 turbo engine making 370 HP, a toned down version of the Gr.A engine.
