New from BCC, the Micro Shipper RS. Weighing in at just over 1500KG (in Automation) and hiding the 300HP V8 from a full size American car up front, it's ready to redefine what you thought a van could do.
Such a V8 was originally used in 1970 with a cast iron block and direct acting OHC, since it has evolved to gain a DOHC head and MPFI system.
The suspension is McPherson struts in the front (the 90 degree V8 was quite wide) and leaf springs at the rear.
The tires are sport compound (F:235 R:295) with 17" wheels and the power is sent to the back through an open differential (at it's heart this is still a light delivery vehicle).
