When Charmand noticed how well cheap cars sell in places where any new car is a luxury, they decided to buy a Romanian carmaker and make cheap cars under their brand.

And this was the first one. One of the cheapest sedans of its time, it features a 1.2 engine, black plastic and no hubcaps. The badge has "by Charmand" under it, which was probably the first time this phrase was supposed to put trust in engineering.
