This is the 2004 Hercules T600. It's one of Hercules' nicer models, having an 18 HP 0.6 engine and a four-speed transmission (with short ratios, because gardening work is rather low-speed).
This one has had its limiter removed, so you can push it above 47 MPH (75 km/h) on your own risk.
