In Mid 1967, Royal Motors asked CRM to make a small but powerful engine for the Miara. The result was the 363 ci V8 Warrior block cranking out 532 BHP and roughly 470 LBFT of Torque. It was placed in both the Miara and the Model C, making the Warrior for Calvinator, and the Maelstrom for Royal.
Now you enter the theatre, ready to watch Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker, and one of the commercials strikes your interest. A Truck with a trailer is pushing a chained down 68' Royal Miara Maelstrom that is revving its engine, trying to break free. The car is closely guarded by armed guys wearing camo, knowing full well the power of the car. Then the car is placed on a drag strip where it is struck by lightning and blows up. But then like a Phoenix, a new car shines its lights behind the inferno. It rolls right through the blaze and stops right behind the starting line. The light goes green, and you witness the AWESOME POWER OF THE MAELSTROM. It reminds you of that Warrior you lost your Nissan GTR to. THIS IS THE 2020 RMC MIARA MAELSTROM!!! BEWM BEWM BEWWWWM!!!
The new MAELSTROM is powered by a 363 ci V8 Maelstrom Block, more powerful than the 363 Warrior by a few horses. It goes 0-60 in 3.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 285 MPH. This Thing is HECKING FAST.
Unlike the Model C Warrior being made by Calvinator Racing Machines, first off, CRM had no part of this build, which is why the block is different, and second, its not the end of the line for Miara OR MAELSTROM (though the Model C won't be the last Warrior). That's right, ROYAL AINT FINISHED.
