    In order to make it work you need to go in vehicle configurator, and select the High-Revving Belasco Diesel engine option.. and boom you now got a 5000rpm diesel

    KNOWN ISSUE:
    The 2700 rpm governor gets deleted for some reason
    The 3600 rpm governor actually limits to 4000 rpm for some other reason
    The 5000 rpm governor also works on the normal engine option (i didnt test but the engine will probably explode lol)
    i'll fix these someday
