Lowered, stiffened sport suspension, superior performing disc brakes on all wheels, wider sport tires, a bigger engine, nearly 200kg less weight then the Commissar model, and missing a hardtop, the Auspex Avalanche is a more sport-oriented model, aimed at discerning connossieurs of muscle cars.
To this end, it has a 7 liter V8 DOHC, a bit higher-revving engine, putting out 583hp and 783nm of torque, at 5300 o/min. This is enough to catapult this stylish beauty to 100 kph in only 5 seconds, topping out at 244 kph.
Unlike the Commissar, the Avalanche is RWD only, sacrificing much of the luxury model's off-road capability for superior on-road performance, and is not nearly as versatile.
