Are you tuning your Shitbox and find out that the Rev Limit is stopping your beautiful work? With this mod you can actually adjust the Rev Limiter to 69,000 RPM, which sounds more of a vacuum cleaner than a car. Also you can adjust the torque so that you can actually reach that level of Rotations.
To equip this limiter, just search under N2O and there it should be.
