This level is an experiment in setting reverse gravity. The base was built from the Port level, but the main island area has been removed and replaced with a more gridmap-style large flat area.

The result is a world where the sky is below the ground plane, and the ocean is above. There are ramps that you can drive right up to the water-ceiling (and into it, if you have a waterproof car) and if you drive off the edge of the world, you will plummet into the sun.
Due to the world shadowing itself from the sun, it's kind of dark, so headlights help (N key)
When driving in car-relative camera views (e.g. relative camera) you can see the world with the "floor" at the bottom, the ocean above, and driving feels pretty normal aside from the ocean being above you

But switch to a world-relative camera (e.g. orbit camera) and you can see how the car is actually driving upside-down on the ceiling. Steering and the camera can be tricky to handle in this view.

The fact that so many things are upsidedown seems to cause some graphical issues on and off. Items sometimes become invisible for a few seconds (they can still be collided with) and sometimes when the level starts a few textures fail to load (shows as orange) - if you exit and re-load the level, this usually fixes it for me!
This mod file should work just straight in the mod folder with no unpacking
