And all of the sounds in this game have the pitch connected to the rpm, so i don't know what game you're playing.....

VTEC doesn't change anything sound wise, it just gives the car a tiny acceleration boost after 4500rpm.

It's possible but not for stock game engines.
Because i would have to change the original game files to group the sounds.
