My first map, I tried to make it properly but it is very complicated when you start knowing very little. PBR is not easy to figure out but it looks acceptable for now. Pavement is made from mesh roads export, does the job.
It's not a big map, small in fact. But the low speed design and few things to check out should make it interesting enough for a while.
Road layout based on an English village and some unrelated stuff for fun.
Main goal was to have a map with narrow roads like the English backroads to use with wheel and pedals, everything else is an experiment with the world tools, terrain types and objects already in game.
Once upon a time traffic drove on the left, that was only one time and since then they refuse to do it again.
At some point I want to make a map that has a decent sized estate and mostly 2 lane roads, instead of trying to ram one into this map.
Made from Davidinark's template, props from other BeamNG maps and made by someone that knew very little when they started.

P.S. Making a map is really fun but also difficult and challenging as you have to learn soo much. This map from start to first upload with learning took a month, starting with almost no experience in the map editor and still having errors. If you are interested please make sure you know what you are getting into and make a smallish map for your first one, otherwise you will not finish it or be stopped by problems.

Problems with mods? All I can suggest is:
1. Clear cache
2. Reduce number of active mods
3. Verify integrity of game files (done in steam library or similar store library)
4. Check forums for a solution or make a post.

This map may be too small for a proper council estate, I'm not sure how much more I could add before it starts to get laggy, or if I can squeeze one in. At some point I will try making a bigger UK based map for an estate.
