I had a bit of spare time and decided to create a convertible Barstow. But with a powered hardtop.
It hinges the rear upwards, folds in the middle part and then you can hide the bodywork again. It looks kinda odd but I like it.
Lore: Customers of the Barstow complained about the lack of a convertible option. A Gavril engineering intern suggested cutting up the normal body and adding hydraulic servos to operate it. It was supposed to be a proof of concept but it was so well received that a limited amount of cars were delivered with a PRC body.
IMPORTANT:
To operate it:
1. Hold U to open the bodywork.
2. Press O to fold in the center part of the roof.
3. Close the bodywork to the desired position with shift+U
4. Press O before respawning, the current code "remembers" the position and will break the center part upon spawning if you don't reset it.
