Adds the Belgium license plate

    This mod adds the (somewhat) square Belgium license plate. This license plate also features a multi-line text like it's real-life counterpart.

    Installation:
    Just drop the zip-file into your Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods folder.

      Thx! I know the size of the plate isn't correct, but I'm terrible at 3D moddeling.
