The Bollard but it is upside down.
Bollard is a strong boi and now he's upside down. Inspired by WhyBeAre years ago.
Simply spawn and place it where you want it (or drive the car under/into it), use Page Down/Up to control it like the normal bollard or O/P for a fast movement. There are 3 sizes:
To place it, go into free cam (Shift+C) and then go to the spot you want the floating bollard to be, then press F7. It will stay in its given position.
V2 is for v0.23+
V1.5 can work on older versions of the game (v0.6 - v0.18 for sure).
