from 1000 to 2000 rpm, it doesn't sound right. Can you fix that please?
-
Author's Response

- 3/5,
It seems that at 1000-2000 rpms it is very quiet but when you get right above 2000 it seems to jump to a different loop of sound and it bothers me because when i let off the acceleration the sound goes from one to another.

-
Author's Response
Subarus irl are quiet when idling, so that's normal.

Awesome mod! I'd like to ask, how do you get a hold of all these cars and how do you even record it in such high quality?
-
Author's Response
Thank you!!
These are old sounds that i used to record with my Samsung Galaxy S3 (first gen), so i'd have to thank Samsung for the amazing microphone that records straight onto high quality .m4a audio files.
For the clarity of the sounds? Lots of Audacity sound editing and/or mixing.

- 4/5,
nice sound, but would probably make more sense with the SBR.
-
Author's Response
Thanks!!
Not really. The SBR is more of a mix between a Porsche Panamera and a GT-R (R35). And the Sunburst is basically a copy of a Subaru, so this sound fits perfectly on it.

Thank you sir!!
Enjoy!!

- 5/5,
I feel like it could be a bit louder/a tiny bit more aggressive, but this is awesome, I don't have to listen to the worn out BeamNG engine sound that every other car (discluding the Covet) has.
-
Author's Response
A bit more aggressive? Yeah it's a bit dull, but still nice to hear.
But thanks!

- 4/5,
It's pretty good!
But one thing that brings it down is the lack of turbo whine... Is there any manual way to fix this?-
Author's Response
I´d have to say that that´s your game, not the sound mod.
But i´ll look into it.
Thanks, and have fun!!

Love boxer flat 4 engines of any kind, makes me wonder what liter amount was this engine based on when you compiled it? Doubt you had any in mind but then again, there is always a possibility.
-
Author's Response
It was exactly based on this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bifNKsDRnE
Anyway, i'm glad you´re enjoying it.

Sounds good! The audio looping is still barely audible but not bad. Fits the Sunburst way better than the stock sounds.
-
Author's Response
Thanks!!
That sound loop "issue" has no way of being fixed.
I think so as well!!
Have fun!!

- 4/5,
Excellent sound mod, really love those rumbles! But as you know, no sound mod is perfect, and the boxer sound disappears at about 8k rpm. I turned on safe mode and only activated this one. Still didn't make any sound at 8k. Tried clearing cache. Nothing happened. Please fix it.
Thanks, 86-
Author's Response
Fixed.
Thanks, and have fun!!

sounds good but i have a couple of questions. if i have a sound pack will it replace the sound for the car, and if it goes to high rpm does it sound weird
-
Author's Response
It does not.
Im pretty sure you can hear it over the sound pack.
If you cant make it work, PM me.
-
-
Author's Response
It shouldn't.
You have a mod conflicting with it.

That my friend, is one of your mods conflicting with mine, because it's not buggy on my end.
Anyway, thanks for reviewing!!
