might not be the highest quality livery out there too
file is called citizen because the hunter civilian still bears the model name of citizen on it's badging, so it kinda made sense in my head to call it that
part in the selector is called "Bastion Citizen"
Color slot 1 is the main body color
Color slot 2 is the hood, rear fenders and trunk panel
Color slot 3 is for the badging and the surround on the '05' on the side
