Adds a few ambulance liveries to the Bruckell Nine

    **In order for configs to appear please check "Enable custom .PC configs" in the vehicle selector menu**

    This mod includes some basic colorable ambulance liveries for the Bruckell Nine.

    The configs are not in the file (yes I have custom .PC on they arent in the zip file) but the skins are great!
