      It's a hardtop coupe, not a convertible. Those cars were designed to look like convertibles with a hardtop, but actually had a firm roof, just like the sedans. A special feature were the opportunity to remove the b-pillar and windows to get a bit closer to a convertible.

      That thing was just made for fun, nothing realistic ;D It's quite fun in crashes, that's why it's back there.
