I loved this mod! Can you please do something like a dual sided hood as well as dual exhaust too?

I just drove this, it is excellent! The AI does not know how to handle it, but I'm glad there is another classic car in this game!

I love when mods to my taste like this suddenly appear out of nowhere. For months I've been wondering when a pre-60s vehicle would come to BeamNG again, and here it is! It feels absolutely terrifying without rear suspension, I love it. The gearbox ratios are ridiculous and you feel like a mad scientist when driving this. Thank you for making this.

However, a few things that I think should have some fixes, is the cooling, and the interior. The dashboard has a strange leather, and personally I think it would look better as metal, and the interior gauges, like someone else said, look a bit modern. Perhaps use an old bugatti racer as inspiration? :D

dashboard is not good lol, i made it a while ago, i still have no knowlegde of classic race cars so thats why there are little incacuracies here and there, also, you might have not seen it but its been in dev for 6+ months (not constant)

You understand that this is a great mod when:
    - you are trying to perform a 60 degree turn, but car does 180 instead
    - you need a co-pilot to look at the temperature gauge
    - you release the throttle on i8 and exaust opens artillery fire
    - you see a cloud of blue smoke from exaust and you're like "nah, it's fine"
    - a car shaking at start like you driving through the line of speedbumps
    - when [mafia tcolh race mission flashbacks intensifies]
    - CrashHard Classic: "Finally, a worthy opponent! Our battle will be legendary!"

Absolutely amazing so far, handles like you'd expect a big old race car to handle. Only peeves I have about it is the I4 doesn't sound sputtery enough for the size, and the dash looks a tad too modern. All in all a great mod!

Feel like it's 95% there, but needs a few things:
Some kind of livery with race numbers
a grille without headlights to better simulate a Grand Prix/Indianapolis car of the era
Cycle fenders to better simulate a street/Le Mans type car.
a bit longer gearing, especially with the I8 - the stock I8 race car will top out at the end of 1/4 mile.

Power seems right about where it should be for the late 1920s/early '30s at least for a Grand Prix car, with the I8 actually making more power than the Bugatti Type 51. Not sure on a Miller engine of the era, but apparently supercharging was common with those, so maybe a blower might show up on the Gavril as well.

suspension is getting sorted by a friend, first test seem to be a huge sucess, and the cooling should have been fixed in 1.1, mind trying again, in the video i think you used the 1.0 version. thanks for the review too!

i'm so sorry. I respect your project, but this project needs many fixes and improvements: suspension, dashboars, engine cooling system. 5/5 for idea, 3/5 for quality (for now)

Thinking about it, great idea and great execution!
Only problems that i see is that on the i8 version if you accelerate hard from the start the clutch heats up a bit. Also i dont know if the shaking of the engine is intentional (it shakes the whole car like its too powerfull) but it actually adds a charm to it. Also another stuff that is weird would be the camera which sits a bit too low and the missing foot pedals. Waiting for the next update. P.S Im hyped :D
