This is a simple mod, that adds the drive-mode system to the other vanilla cars.
If it doesn't work for you, be sure to check that you have at least 0.19.
Also, the citybus now has a sport mode.
You can equip it under Additional Modification.

Outdated Cherrier Drivemodes for Other Cars 1.1
