So this is officially THE WORST PROTOTYPE EVER.

In france there are small vehicles called ''Quadricycles'' that can be operated from the age of 14. These cars are popular around Europe, and can be seen in countries:
Norway
Finland
France
Italy
Russia.

Im not sure about all the other countries.

So yeah, i guess this is some kind of shitty new Minicar mod then. Go try it by yourself if you want to. But i dont recommend doing that

1. The interior quality is 10x worse than Russian mods.
2. It was made by a guy who sucks at modding.
