Covet AWD
These ones are inspired by 90's rally and hillclimb cars.
Update v1.2 - added a RWD option.
Update v1.3 - revamped RWD config
Covet Time Attack (RWD)
Completely revamped RWD option. I felt that the original was kinda boring. This one comes with a 2.4L V8 that revs to 18000rpm. 600 hp, lightweight and monster downforce package.
Specs:
Engine: 2.4L V8 NA
Power: 602 hp (@16000-17000rpm)
Torque: 267Nm (@14500-16000rpm)
Weight: 821 kg
Transmission: RWD 6-speed manual
Acceleration: 3.6 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 270 km/h
Cornering: 2.9 g
Note: engine was made in Automation, stats and sound are taken from there, 3D model is the same as the stock 4-cylinder.
Covet WRC - Gravel (AWD)
Specs:
Engine: 2.0L inline-4 turbocharged
Power: 345 hp (@7700rpm)
Torque: 331 Nm (@6500-7500rpm)
Weight: 928 kg
Transmission: AWD 6-speed manual
Acceleration: 4.1 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 270 km/h
Covet Hillclimb (AWD)
Specs:
Engine: 2.0L inline-4 turbocharged
Power: 633 hp (@7500rpm)
Torque: 609Nm (@6000-7500rpm)
Weight: 871 kg
Transmission: AWD 6-speed manual
Acceleration: 3.4 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 275 km/h
Cornering: 2.1 g
Covet MAXI Rally Kit car (FWD)
F2 kit cars were supposed to be a junior rally category, 2.0 liter NA engines and front wheel drive. They quickly got out of control when teams got the engines to rev to 11000rpm and produce 300hp. That combined with lower weight meant that they were very competitive on tarmac rallies and actually won some outright, against their bigger AWD brothers.
Specs:
Engine: 2.0L inline-4 naturally aspirated
Power: 302 hp (@11500rpm)
Torque: 209 Nm (@8000-11000rpm)
Weight: 885 kg
Transmission: FWD 6-speed manual
Acceleration: 4.8 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 234 km/h
Cornering: 1.8 g
