After two semi-failures of it's previously-released cars, Crevler decided to try again, determined to echo the success of it's first two cars.

And with that, the Racer R-78 was born. This car was one of the longest-running vehicles by Crevler at the time, with a production span running for a total of 8 years. It was a complete success and more or less solidified the company as being able to make decent cars. The Racer continued the long-running trend of High-Performance Coupes and was loved by many.
