Custom German License Plates 1.11

This Mod adds German "Leichtkraftrad" License Plates

Note: You can't edit the Text InGame, you have to edit it in GIMP.

The only possible way to change the Text InGame would be to add the German Font but this is very complicated to
realize, so I won't do it.

Please don't be too hard on the rating, it's my first real mod!
