Experimental D-Series 4 wheel steering mod 1.0

experimental 4 wheel steering mod for the D-Series.

instructions:

4 wheel steering: select the steering hubs for the rear axle in the vehicle config. match the same lug pattern so for instance: if you have 5 lug hubs, use the 5 lug steering hubs. that's it.

rear wheel steering only: all of the above but select the locked steering in the front suspension section of the vehicle config.

Note: only works on the configs that don't use the Dunekicker suspension.
