D-Series Diesel engine pack

Special thanks to @TMccanna for the original foundation of this mod and giving me the idea to make my own version!

This is my first engine mod which adds four diesel engines with unique sounds and 12 configs for the D-Series, sadly there are no custom models and the only real issues are the fact that the Naturally Aspirated engines do not have high-pressure injection...

4.6L Warren Diesel I6, low-power engine with a lot more torque than the 4.0, only available Naturally Aspirated sadly

5.8L Warren Turbodiesel V8, old but very practical, the block isn't very strong but is good economy-wise, it was commonly used in D15's and D25's

6.5L Thrust Turbodiesel V8, more modern engine with Variable Geometry Turbo technology and a nice throaty sound (based on the infamous 6.0 PowerStroke by Ford) very powerful and fun to play around with

7.5L Thrust Diesel V8, used in both NA and Turbocharged variants, loud, big, ancient, and honestly very odd too

  I wish too but I haven't found a way to make it smoke more. You can use the Hi-Flow Injectors and set it to 200 in the tuning tab but thats the maximum I can do for now. I'm currently looking into it for my upcoming update

  After some testing I would say it behave as one would expect for a mid to late 80s truck. It stays at a good temperature when pulling normal loads going the speed limit

  With my current knowledge I could do it for the H-Series and Roamer, though they would have less configs considering big diesel SUV's and panel vans aren't that popular
