Deep Earth - The Original Subterranean Map (FULL RELEASE V2) v2.2

Honestly one of the most immersive maps I have ever seen. Always some new bit around each corner, and you get the feeling that if the cave could tell stories, it would have hours of them. One of the few maps that leaves me wondering: what would this be like in real life?

Map still works in current version of beamng. A couple textures are missing here and there but very minor, nothing huge. The road surface overall is pretty rough--low polycount on a road mesh, so going at any speed on most of the roads will yeet you right off into the abyss. The map itself is HUGE though, I spent more than fifteen minutes getting from top to bottom (I fell off a lot too).

Probably should've put a review waaay earlier but..eh.

I love this map. I love the theme, the story, the creepiness when you manually switch to night time. I simply love huge cave systems and mine-related objects.
Even though its a huge map...it could always be bigger, better, creepier with more objects, facilities and 'homes', details, dangerous bridges, ridges, collapsed tunnels and wonky roads.
It's easy for me to say that this is my favourite map, of all time.

Any chance you're thinking of revamping or making another Deep Earth?

Great map! Absolutely love driving around here! The only thing missing is way outside the cave.

Definitely a must get for this game. It would be nice if there was something above the cave, like a base camp and a car lift

Very fun map

Seriously the best map I've seen created for Beamng. Why? Because it wasn't just a map where you could crash stuff, and it wasn't just an ordinary patch of grass/dirt/trees. This map will take literally hours to fully explore and experience. Every area in the map is different, whether how the roads are structured, or the lighting, or the identifiable objects that you can find. The map even includes just a tad bit of lore, making the map mean something, including bits here and there that may give us a clue what the inhabitants had experienced living in such a cave like this. I felt immersed while I drove around and explored the cave. Looking at landmarks, taking in the view, all of it was quite pleasant and interesting to explore.

Honestly the best map I've played in Beamng. Ever. For the file size, the place is huge. Took me about an hour or so to scratch the surface. If this is a hobby thing, you should develop stuff like this as a job. Don't hesitate to try this map!

One of my favorite mods, fun to drive, spooky sounds, could receive higher poly roads

it gets more spooky when you play it at night. also, a real cave should be dark considering that deep earth was abandoned and all

This by far is one of my favorite maps for beam and it is the only one of my favorites that is still being worked on. to properly rate this map I would need more stars. Keep up the amazing work!

i don`t make reviews often but i felt this one needs my time to write something.
This map is Freaking fantastic, i can`t even imagine the Hours spent to make this map. This is without a doubt the coolest map i have played in this game to date. Keep doing what you´re doing because you´re amazing at it!
Five Stars is not enough so i´m leaving another ten right here ;)
