bring back the previous update

This mod used to be updated very often before the patreon was a thing. Ever since the patreon was made, the content and even very basic bug fixes have been extremely lacking, not to mention even the people PAYING MONTHLY for content are getting nothing for months on end. Pretty sad that even the "demo version" of this mod has been left in a broken state for over a year now. Once people snatch your money, they immediately drop the ball. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Extremely disappointed on where this once great mod has headed.

At least the last version I could play I can't even play this version it just goes into a black screen and counts down. This mod needs work, I would support it on Patreon but the mod doesn't even work.

Amazing mod, esp since I got a good comp some months back where I can run more then just 4 cars with only about 10-15FPS... or less (Now more like 10 without lag).

It allows me to run derbies like I grew up with, though also kinda not as usually I got new cars and pickups and compact cars at the same time(sometimes even monster trucks and 8x8 trucks). Still it's vehicles intentionally trying to back into one-anothers radiators till eventually only one has enough crap left to be able to be called the victor.

Only possible qualm I have is the lack of option to restart a current derby(with same exact vehicles). Always gotta start over with different vehicles. If you want the previous ones you gotta remember previous vehicles, and manually put them in to redo the one you previously did. Now to be fair I manually put vehicles in almost every derby. Though once I set up a derby, I'd like to not have to do that over and over.

Now overall a relatively minor issue that I stated above, even if one I'd like to see addressed. As you can see I still gave a 5 star rating.

This mod, as of this review, is as close as you'll get to an IRL demo-derby in BeamNG that I've found. Really like it, keep improving it!

The most recent update has caused an issue. There's now a big strip of NO MATERIAL orange across the center of all of the derby arenas.

worthless, never worked once without crashing

This mod was bloody fantastic. Had a lot of fun with it. However, when I went to start it up after a while of not using it, I had a problem. When I went to select the model of my car, all it had was "Auto Select" and for the map, it had "Custom". I tried to start it up, and it just gave me a screen with no car on it, a lap counter in the corner, and a muddy track leading off into the distance. It gave me a countdown and then nothing happened. I have tried redownloading the mod twice, and it didn't work. Help plez.

Does not work at all, crashes the game and computer and introduces glitches and bugs into the game.

Overall its a great mod. The events are fun and you have a lot of options when setting up events giving you near endless replayability. As it stands now, this could be its own mode in the full final game. However, there are a few issues that make me give it 4 stars. Some of them could be fixed by the author in future updates while others are results of Beamng itself. First, I don't really care for the mod nearly doubling the number of configurations for some cars' derby versions. I'd like to see those configurations hidden if possible. Second, the AI is sometimes questionable. Its gets stuck in silly places or does weird things. I don't know if this is Beamng AI or something the author could improve on. Third, and this is something entirely on Beamng, cars can sometimes get stuck together. It doesn't happen as often as it used to, but it can still happen and be frustrating. It gets more likely later in matches as cars get more damaged and jagged. When it does happen, I have to try and do surgery with the node grabber to separate two cars. It doesn't always end well.

The issues I just mentioned are pretty small, and they by no means detract from the overall enjoyment.

Playing this,specially with the realistic derby project , and of course using my g27 wheel is the biggest fun i ever had in a long time.My shoulders hurt from fighting the broken steering on the cars lol
