Experimental Differentials for motors 1.0.2

it should be a requirement for modders to rename the folder of the mod to something other than just "vehicles". so many good mods out there that do this and you have to choose one because you cant have multiple mods with the same folder name. i will update review if fixed

Tbh devs should be adding them into the base game in the first place
