The Drago 237p is a Polish licenced version of the Italian "Drago 237". It features a motor from the 1960's and the technology from the early 80's. The Drago 237p is a alternative option to the famous "Maluch". The 237p is a cheaper and smaller version from the Maluch (like the Maluch wasn't cheap and small already), for those who didnt have enough money for it or simply didnt need as big of a car.
