East Coast Beam Life Rework V1.1

I know there's a Patreon version, but why making a repo version? Almost nothing changed. There's some new roads, 2 new buildings and that's all. I do not call that a rework, check the DJModem's East Coast Reworked and you'll see the difference, because in the map overview I don't see anything different, uh... Yes there's night lights, but even zooming in on the map it took me several minutes to see a new gas station wow that's incredible.

Very awesome addition, however some of the new parking spots are a bit too tight. Really awesome work though
