    Hello everyone!

    Endurance Island is exactly what it sounds like. An island with some incredibly punishing roads that will test the limits of your car. It SHOULD be possible to make a lap in every car close to flat out, but even one go-around takes its toll.

    It's my first time creating a mod and my first Beam forum entry. Inspired by the excellent destruction circuits I have seen in videos by the Youtuber Failrace, I have attempted to create my own take on the genre.

    It's intended as a one directional loop, but there are a few alternate (re: harder) paths and it can be completed in reverse. Let me know what you think!

    It's a fun map to play around on, and I love having more destruction circuits, but I agree with Schemin N' BeamN that the map is too busy and the layout is overly complicated with all the alternate routes, which kinda makes it difficult to figure out where you're supposed to go at first. But overall good mod, and very impressive for it being your first map

    OK, so.....I gave you 5 Stars. the reason being, I cant find anything that stops me from playing, nothing oddly coded, and the whole map seems to work as intended. HOWEVER despite the 5 stars, I DO have a good amount of constructive criticism, as I know what kind of map youre shooting for, and I have Searched the entire REPO, thread and Forums for EVERY map like this i could find, and have extensive time on most of them .so, the first thing Id say is...Im unable to drive ANY vehicles at a decent speed around the course, and the reason being, is also my 2nd point....the map is just a BIT crowded, its a bit confusing to navigate until youve practised it and have it in memory. I love the ingenuity of the map, as far as how youve built the obstacles and all, but its just really....busy. Also, there seems to be ALOT of just....random... i know this is for design effect, but if i leave 2-3 cars dead around the track, by the 4th im starting to see a bit of fps drop....and on some maps like these Ive had almost 8 before ive noticed similar drops beginning...so again...i can see the work that went into this, and im STOKED that someone is out there making more maps like these....so you deserve the 5 stars...but....you can do BETTER...i believe in you...oh, and finally...thank you for all your work, and being generous as to share it with all of us free of charge.

      I agree with you that it's a little tight and crowded in places. I didn't personally have frame rate issues with my terribad laptop but it's good to pare down the props a bit. As my first effort, I'm proud of it. I may have time to take a second shot at a destruction circuit soon.

      The main problem I ran into was randomness in collisions. Using normal terrain to create obstacles drives better but isn't visually interesting. Using props creates more variety but can lead to random tire punctures and other collision problems. It's a tough balancing act. Thank you for your honesty feedback. I'm glad that some people are enjoying it.

      Thanks. I just released an update to fix the poky bit of ramp at the bridge jump. It should be much more consistent now.
