    It's a 3-4 star skin but I'm rating it 5 because the backlash against it is disgusting.

    If you don't like the subject matter, don't download the skin. Don't throw a shit fit about how you don't like the theme the van is based on.

    Someone spent time on making this, and has released it for free. Grow up.

    Decent quality however I would work on it a bit more getting a better color scheme and just overall improvements. I'm also sorry you're getting terrible reviews just based on peoples opinions on the subject matter.
