With galvanized steel unibody construction and aluminum Sheetmetal, this car is lightweight yet strong. Under the hood is a mechanical fuel injected 3.2L v6 engine, another example of Equin's innovated choice to use fuel injection over the more popular carburation of the time. With DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder, this engine makes 180 horsepower at 6,100 rpm, sending its power through a 4 speed manual gearbox, offering good acceleration. The unique styled body rides on front McPherson struts and double wishbone coilovers in the rear, providing the car stable handling.
