ETK I-Series Stronger Performance Blocks 1.0

This is a rather quick and dirty mod that adds stronger performance blocks to the ETK I-Series. They're capable of higher torque loads and RPM limits. To be able to fully enjoy the second, I added a modified racing ECU capable of up to 8000 RPM. Please note that I didn't change any of the performance values though, so the power/torque peaks are the same, as well as the power gains. Enjoy your nitrous
