Beta European Moonhawk 1.036

Parts for the Bruckell Moonhawk if it was officially exported into European and Middle Eastern markets.

Includes:
- Pre and post facelift amber taillights + revised light logic. Including a repurposed and fully glow mapped reverse light reflector that now acts as the new brake / tail light in the pre facelift version.

- 'Export' bumper and fender signals that stays off when headlight is on, as per European laws. (Rear marker lights are not changed or used by default, as most real world manufactures from the period would just delete or unplug them)

- Metric gauges with new 240km/h speedo, with odometer now also in km instead of mph.

- 2 configs that shows off the new parts.
