The Fiat Multipla and Panda were created in January 2019, but re-exported Fiat Panda 14/03/2020 and Fiat Multipla 17/03/2020 because for some Automation update and better. I should've put ABS, like in real life, but i haven't. So they are still poor quality, but still enjoyable, the Fiat 500L Cross 2018 was made 01/06/2021, so it is noticeably better and more realistic and it has ABS and ESP or ESC too.
How it feels driving in real life vs in BeamNG:
The Fiat Multipla 2002 would be good in revs and acceleration between 800 and 1500 RPM, but it have a bit of long gears and at about 2500 RPM it behaves good.
The Fiat Panda 2005 would be good to 2000-3500 RPM, but it has too long gears and weak engine, which is more slow than in real life.
The Fiat 500L Cross 2018 it is significantly more realistic designed so it is good to drive from 1800 to 3000 RPM, where it's turbo is more powerful and it makes itself felt more and efficient.
