   What?! All you did was add a blue stripe to the default license plate! The laziest mod I have seen in months.

      Well, this was one of my first mods. I might update this once I know how to make it the proper shape. It (or, actually an updated version) is included in my etki drift mod too. And:
      1. It is not just a blue stripe
      2. I didn't "add" anything, this is all self-made (apart from the dirty texture which is from pickup's files I believe)
      3. There is the dirty version too noticed that?
