This is my first mod. It's a custom plate design. I watched a tutorial and I was like, "What if...?"
Anyways, here you go. I made from scratch the license plates from Forza Horizon 4. The plate design will work on both the standard plates and the European plates. It even follows FH4's traffic car format, which generates as AA11 AAA.
To select it, have either a license plate or EU license plate on your vehicle, and select "Horizon Plate" in the plate design.

If you'd like to use this in your map, you must let me know beforehand in a PM, and in your description or whatever, send a link to this modpage for the skin itself so people can get it separately if they want it.
I'm open to suggestions on how I should improve it. I'm also debating making a GTA V San Andreas and North Yankton plate collection (unless someone already did it, let me know).
