With 150+ hours of tweaking shift logic and dozens more of consistency testing, the goal of the perfect BeamNG transmission is closer than ever. Uses fully custom JBeam and LUA code, supporting the most popular vehicles. (More vehicle support coming in future updates)

That would probably be more realistic since that's what most cars do. BUT, if your CVT is simulating gears, what's the point of having a CVT? Just use an automatic gearbox ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
