Flattop roof configuration and few details

    The Bluebuck Flattop is a more elegant version of Bluebucks regular roof.
    The mod adds/changes:
    -Adds Flattop roof in 2 options. Regular flattop or flattop with wraparound windshield.
    -Smooth body line with no indents around rear wheel arches
    -Smooth hood with an ornament
    -Smooth trunk lid
    -Very light 60s like power steering for wheel users.
