This is the Gavril E-Series. It celebrates 100 years of Gavril since the Phanta in 1930. It is an electric open-air truck since there is no back window. When turned off, a cover will come over it (not in the mod). It was created in 2029 and ended production in 2038. The E has many meanings: one means it is electric, one means that it sounds similar to D-Series, and one means that it is the next-gen car since E comes after D in the alphabet.
