Basically, it's just a very tall cargo box upfit about the height of your average 3 storey building
It has very tall (and wobbly) doors you can still open
It's very good for storing cars in a compact and space efficient way
In all seriousness, it's got utter shite handling and tips over when you attempt to turn above 2 miles an hour and you'll struggle to get under overpasses and pretty much anything else imagineable
Actual features:
Very tall cargobox upfit for the H-Series complete with terribly edited model, stretched textures and dodgy jbeam
A new camera right at the top (only with the tall box selected, image not actual camera but for an example ok)
A handy config so you don't need to select the part yourself (with info files and generated thumbnail)

Before you say it, no this isnt based off the topgear one but yes i'm adding related stuff because why not, it also works
I would say how many people have already pointed this out but I lost track after the 10 mark

it only uses stock materials, everything is in subfolders and includes nothing to do with the interior, there's no way this would have broken it

I put it against the phantom and the vulcan amr once (aong with some others) and it really had the race convered throughout
By that I mean it fell on top of everything and squashed them but close enough
