    This mod adds a 5.5-litre V-8 with Gavril's Fuel Saver Technology, which shuts off 4 of the engine's 8 cylinders while cruising to save fuel. Activation of the system requires that the 6-speed transmission is in 4th gear or higher, and the accelerator pedal depressed less than 20%. A UI message will confirm that the system is active. The system automatically activates all 8 cylinders if the transmission shifts out of 4th gear or the accelerator is depressed more than 45%. The cruise control and this mod may quarrel at certain speeds, and the engine may go in and out of fuel saver mode. Drive manually if this happens.

    This doesn't seem to add a new engine but changes the existing 5.5L V8 causing any vehicles with supercharged 5.5L V8s to dramatically decrease in power.
